The breakfast was good and the hotel was very convenient which we knew having stayed there before. Our room was much smaller than our previous one. The coffee cups in our room were not washed up one day and a hair curler left by a previous guest was not removed the whole time we were there. |

Location was spot on - right in the centre of the old town ran out of bread at breakfast - no toast at breakfast - not happy!!!! |

Hotel very central and convenient. We asked for a quiet room which we got and the hotel was very clean and smart. Whilst there were tea making facilities in the room, which was a bonus, it seemed odd that they only provided sachets of green tea or instant white sweetened coffee! We thought that the charge for the use of the computer was rather expensive as they charged for a whole day's use, and we only needed 30 minutes max in order to check emails. A cheaper option (e.g. by the half hour) would be useful. |

Location was just perfect! Shower water temperature was unsteady. that means it was changing from hot to cold and cold to hot all the time. So I couldn't enjoy shower! Besides, the stand for the shower was loose. One of the light didnt work in the toilet. Television was kind of broken as the picture was moving all the time. Otherwise I liked the hotel. If they improve those I think I will stay there again! |

Wonderful location in directly Old Town, very nice interior and really good room with 3 windows. Too small parking and need to wait for several hours for free parking place even if you reserved already directly at reception. A little bit windy windows. |
